Terms for using StudyMap, premium access, and related services.

1. Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using StudyMap, you agree to these Terms and to the StudyMap Privacy Policy.

2. What StudyMap provides

StudyMap provides exam-planning tools, personalized study structure, task and calendar views, progress tracking, reminders, focus-session workflows, and premium planning features. The service is provided for educational support purposes.

3. Eligibility and acceptable use

• You must use the app only in compliance with applicable law.
• You may not misuse the service, interfere with it, or attempt unauthorized access.
• You may not use StudyMap in a way that violates the rights of others or undermines academic integrity rules that apply to your institution or exam setting.

4. Plans, reminders, and study outputs

StudyMap generates plans and recommendations based on the information you provide and the product logic available at the time. These outputs are informational tools only. They do not guarantee exam performance, admissions, certification, or score outcomes.

5. Premium subscriptions

• Premium features may require a recurring subscription purchased through Apple.
• Billing is handled by Apple and linked to your Apple ID.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple’s billing rules and support process.

6. Third-party services

StudyMap may rely on third-party services to operate parts of the app, including subscription infrastructure, backend storage, analytics, and notification-related services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy rules.

7. Intellectual property

StudyMap, its branding, interface design, copy, and original product materials are owned by StudyMap or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal, non-commercial use.

8. Availability and changes

We may change features, pricing, premium entitlements, referral rules, or service availability over time. We may also suspend or discontinue parts of the service when needed for maintenance, legal compliance, or product evolution.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

StudyMap is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of data, loss of access, or exam-related outcomes.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to StudyMap if these Terms are violated, if the service is abused, or if required by law or platform policy.
