StudyMap stores study setup and session data to help you build plans, manage focus sessions, and track progress. This policy explains what stays on device, what may be sent to our infrastructure, and how subscription or notification data is handled.
This Privacy Policy applies to the StudyMap mobile app. StudyMap is designed to help users plan exam preparation around real weekly availability, run focus sessions, and review progress over time.
We aim to keep data collection narrow and tied to product functions. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
This can include first name, last name, email address, target exam, preferred track, target score, target date, learning preferences, session length, and similar setup inputs you provide in the app.
Generated study plans, tasks, calendar sessions, focus settings, study session outcomes, weekly reports, and subject progress data may be stored to keep the app working across screens and over time.
Notes you write during or after study sessions may be stored so they remain available in the app.
We may process device model, operating system version, installation identifiers, app version, locale, and similar technical signals needed to operate, debug, and improve the service.
If you enable reminders, StudyMap may store notification preferences, preferred study time, reminder timing, push token data, and notification delivery or open events related to reminders.
Premium entitlement status, anonymous billing identifiers, referral codes, referral attribution, and related trial extension records may be processed to support premium access and referral flows.
If you enable usage analytics in privacy settings, StudyMap may send product usage events to help us understand app quality, adoption, and feature issues.

StudyMap includes privacy settings that allow users to control whether usage analytics is shared to help improve the app. If analytics is turned off, we aim not to send optional product-usage events tied to that setting.
Some operational events may still be processed when necessary for core app functions, subscription handling, reminders, abuse prevention, or support.
