Open Today and choose Couldn’t study?. StudyMap shows a preview before anything changes. Unfinished sessions are moved into available time later in the week when they fit. Work that cannot fit remains queued for a later planning cycle rather than being silently deleted.
Completed work stays completed. Your plan changes only after you confirm.
You can adjust the current day or review your weekly availability from My Plan. StudyMap previews the effect first, then applies the change only after confirmation. Adjusting a day does not erase your completed sessions or start onboarding again.
Finish or exit the active focus session, then reopen it from Today. Only one active session sound should play at a time. If audio continues after a session ends, fully close and reopen StudyMap, then email us with your device model, iOS version, and the sound you selected.
First check iOS Settings → Notifications → StudyMap and make sure notifications are allowed. Then review reminder settings inside StudyMap. Focus modes, Scheduled Summary, network conditions, and device settings may affect delivery.
StudyMap uses the study time and reminder preferences you choose; it does not enable notification permission without asking.
Confirm the subscription appears under iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Then open StudyMap → Profile → Account → Membership and choose Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple ID that made the purchase.
If access is still missing, email support. Do not send a password, full receipt, or payment-card details.
Apple manages billing. Open iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions → StudyMap, or visit Apple Subscriptions. Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not normally remove access already paid for during the current billing period.
App Store purchases and refund decisions are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase, and follow Apple’s instructions.
In StudyMap, open Profile → Account → Delete account. Review what will be removed, type the requested confirmation, and complete Apple verification if prompted. Deletion removes the StudyMap account and associated study data from systems we control.
Deleting the account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Manage the subscription with Apple before deleting if you do not want it to renew.
Practice scores are optional. They help StudyMap keep your starting point and progress context current. StudyMap does not turn a practice score into a guaranteed exam prediction. You can review your saved scores from Progress.
StudyMap currently plans for Digital SAT, ACT, GRE General, MCAT, AP English Language, AP U.S. History, AP Psychology, and AP Calculus AB.
StudyMap organizes what to study, when to study, and how long to spend. It does not provide or reproduce official exam questions. Use it alongside your own books, notes, courses, question banks, and practice tests.
